There is time until October 11, 2020 to apply for the new edition of Techstars Smart Mobility Accelerator, the first startup acceleration program in Europe dedicated to smart mobility, launched by Techstars, Fondazione Compagnia di San Paolo, Fondazione CRT and Intesa Sanpaolo Innovation Center.
The program will take place from 25 January to 22 April 2021 at OGR Tech, the international innovation hub of Officine Grandi Riparazioni in Turin, where start-ups will also benefit from the strategic support of mentors and managers with significant experience in the sector.
The focus will be on smart mobility, in particular technologies aimed at improving the circulation of goods, people and services, technologies related to Smart Cities, Smart Infrastructures and Smart Environments, including sectors such as Artificial Intelligence, Big Data, IoT, Blockchain, VR/AR, robotics and Circular Economy.
The 12 start-ups admitted to the programme will carry out projects aimed at improving people's lives, anticipating change and strengthening Turin's role in the international innovation map, also thanks to the involvement of the entire innovation ecosystem of the city, as happened for the first edition which accelerated 11 startups from all over the world. Thanks to the collaboration with Intesa Sanpaolo Innovation Center, four of them - Automotus, Parkofon, PowerMarket, Urban SDK - have been selected by Torino City Lab for the real testing on the territory of their technologies and solutions to improve the sustainability of urban mobility.
