Within the IoT / IoD Lab is open the call for testing aimed at companies, research organizations and public bodies interested in using the SigFox network to test hardware, services and applications.

TheSmart Level, Smart Noise, Smart Waste, which provides for the enabling of the SigFox network to connect third party devices, is one of the six projects approved by the City of Turin within the IoT/IoD Lab As the exclusive operator for Italy of the ultra narrow band SigFox technology, Nettrotter provides its network for the connection of up to 300 third party devices aimed at testing solutions IoT, IoD and Smart City on areas of interest to the City of Turin. Given the experimental nature, the selected subjects will have the network in use for a maximum of six months, without the obligation to pay any fee, except for the only costs necessary for the development of the experimentation.

In line with the objectives of the IoT/Iod Lab, the participants will have to make available to the City of Torino the data deriving from their experimentations and provide feedback on the use of the SigFox network.
