There will also be the City of Turin and CTE NEXT, the House of Emerging Technologies, tomorrow, October 25, at City Vision in Padua, the new edition of the States General of Smart Cities.

An entire day dedicated to networking and exchanging ideas on the cities of the future, always keeping feet grounded and focusing on the many steps forward that small, medium and large cities are taking in the digital and ecological transition. In addition to a rich succession of discussion panels, there will be a series of working tables and the City Vision Village where many innovations will be touched upon.

Companies and startups from City Vision Village present their innovation proposals dedicated to the smart city. In collaboration with CTE Next Torino.

Among the many companies and startups that will be presented in this session will be two from the CTE NEXT portfolio:

  • Key Crime, company in the Innovative Urban Services sector, which focuses on innovation and safety on urban public services
  • Pin Bike, smart mobility company, the anti-fraud system that allows a municipality to issue economic incentives to users who use their bicycles

INNOVATION REEL

Companies and startups from City Vision Village present their innovation proposals dedicated to the smart city. In collaboration with CTE Next Torino.

Featuring presentations from some startups in the Urban Air Mobility and Smart Road sectors close to CTE NEXT:

  • AB Zero, startup developing innovative medical devices and offering a system for transporting blood, blood products and organs via drones
  • MavTech, company with the primary interest in developing innovative solutions for aerial surveillance and tactical operations support for civil applications, transferring new aerospace technologies from research to the operational domain.
  • HiPeRT, company that enables autonomous robotic systems to sense the environment, plan appropriate actions and implement them safely. All in real time.

CTE NEXT will also be present along with Fondazione Piemonte Innova with a booth in the City Vision Village where other startups will be presented, including: 

  • Origosat, a company operating in the field of satellite navigation cyber security, is developing new technology to counter the phenomenon of spoofing, or the hacking of more traditional navigation devices.
  • Trafficlab,  traffic and transportation research laboratory.
  • Babilot, innovative startup making Internet of Things a concrete reality through the design and development of smart systems to simplify daily life, creating new urban mobility models for smart cities.
  • Family+Happy, only certified nanny service that trains, profiles and matches the ideal nanny to each child even in as little as 90 minutes.
  • Open Stage, an urban entertainment management system that integrates culture among the services available for Smart Cities.
  • SiweGo, inspired by BlaBlaCar, the startup has designed and built a platform for transporting small loads through carpooling.
