The celebrations dedicated to San Giovanni, patron saint of Turin, this year are made in three!
The event will see for the first time together, in a single virtual square, three italian cities - Torino, Genova and Firenze - united by the same patron and represented by their cultural, musical and institutional personalities.
The cornerstones of San Giovanni 2020 will be celebration, culture and innovation, with a rich program that will touch some of the most iconic places of the three cities.
The party will be a great show that will turn into a virtual cube embrace, bringing together the artistic content of the three cities that can be followed live streaming nationwide on Rai Play, Rai Movie and on the website www.sangiovannix3.it.
The Mole Antonelliana, a symbolic building of the Piedmontese capital, will be the protagonist of a twofold show in the name of innovation: a videomapping for the first time on all four sides of the dome, in homage to the twenty years of the Cinema Museum, and a show of 200 drones inside, which will move synchronously in the Temple Hall with the artists of the contemporary dance company Zebra.
